JOHN JONES
Customer Assurance Manager
After a 20+ year career as a field technician servicing all brands of HVAC equipment. I moved my family to Omaha to work as a Customer Assurance Manager.  Currently I serve as the Commercial products CAM and the Sr. CAM providing support to field techs and dealers as needed. As the Senior Customer Assurance Manager I am responsible for all aspects of the department and its day to day organization, which included developing training and scheduling.
